This year we have made continuous learning a key priority and important part of our product development roadmap, coaching tools, and support services. With a variety of learning styles to support and accommodate, we have developed a set of coaching and teaching tools to help you along your way. Some are guided, some are self-paced, and some are collaborative. It takes a number of exposures to a new concept or a new tool in order to feel confident and efficient, so don’t be surprised if you find that a blend of these teaching services is what you need to be successful. During a one-hour online demonstration, we will listen to you describe your business goals, challenges, obstacles, and objectives. SuiteCX University – Onsite, Online, On-Demand
We provide a series of courses in a variety of formats to broaden and deepen the knowledge of our practitioners and partners all over the world. In combination with onsite training, SuiteCX University is available as a webinar, a self-paced classroom, a downloadable PDF/PPT and in video format. Courses are 90 minutes to 2 hours long and are targeted at progressive skills groups.

For our existing partners and customers, we have launched an online Self Help system containing 10 topic chapters with 125 individual lessons organized by topic. The help system also has links to the SuiteCX online university lesson files. Contact us for a brief tutorial on how to use the help system or just dig in on your own. Click on the “?” in the top right navigation of your instance and the help system will open up. With this, you can “train the trainers” at your organization at your speed and pace.
Kickstart Onsite – Get started gathering your data and hands on training
SuiteCX practitioners with deep CX experience come to your business location to help you organize, filter and upload your CX data into SuiteCX to kick off your applied CX program; then we use that data to train your team in 2-3 day hands on workshops.
Work with a coach and see your work in the tool
If you have had a demo and are interested in seeing how your existing work would look migrated into SuiteCX, then give us a call and we will work with you on setting up a trial offer and doing some conversions of your work to give you a sense of the possibilities. We can even convert your branding and look and feel by using some of your creative content from existing powerpoints and pdfs.
