Company Scores
Add up to 3 company scores to SuiteCX – a customer request allowed us to expand our score system. We currently have 3 customer scores our client wanted an additional 3 company scores. This change is integrated into statistics and our iPoint 360 drill down. Scores differ from metrics in the way they are taken in and displayed in SuiteCX.

Custom Scores
Include up to 3 of your own custom scores to SuiteCX – We were asked to allow several custom scores in addition to our standard scores – so we did it. The custom scores are available to all customers and can be used with business rules to trigger events in auto-mapping features. Custom scores track/import/export as standard scores but are stored as metrics.

Custom Metrics
Add up to 3 of your own custom metrics to SuiteCX – Our customer requested we expose custom metrics to IPoints API. Though integration in the IPoint 360 environment was put on hold, we made the remainder of the interface available to all customers as JSON name-value pairs and arrays.
