Lifecycle, Department and Channel automated functions
Lifecycle, Department and Channel automated functions called “Strict LDC and Auto LDC” came from a customer request to manage inventory as both lifecycle by channel and lifecycle by department. To take the time-consuming pain out of building an inventory for both channel and department we automated the result. Both LC and LD become inventory – this is a revival of a 0.7 feature with up-to-date enhancements. The result is to automate the management of the inventory of IPoints so the practitioner does far less work to keep it all up-to-date.

LDC Configurator Access
This enhancement allows user access to the LDC configurator interface for self-management of Lifecycle, Department and Channel. This feature allows practitioners to manage their own LDC menus or data. This expansion of the API allows accounts to specify either SuiteCX normalized LDC data or user data. No business rules are applied to user data so it can be non-normal and or unorganized.
