Requires Custom iPoint Templates and predefined business rules….

Auto-Map – Pain Points/Moments That Matter

By selecting pain points and/or moment that matter descriptors you automatically create a beautiful and useful display of touch points in a grid – A customer requested we duplicate his pain points/moments that matter map so we created an interface for top to bottom grid mapping to automatically display which IPoints match his criteria and colorize the IPoint background to enhance the visual effect. This is an excellent visualization and decision-making dashboard. Requires Custom iPoint Templates…. This map is available to all.

A customer requested we duplicate his “ownership” map so we created an interface for top to bottom grid mapping to automatically display which IPoints match his criteria and colorize the IPoint background to enhance the map visually. This is an excellent visualization and decision-making dashboard. Requires Custom iPoint Templates…. This map is available to all.
